Our Student Directors!
Emma Christman is a lifelong equestrian. Fortunate enough to grow up on a horse farm, she has been riding for almost 14 years. Emma has experience in many aspects of the equestrian community, including disciplines like Western Pleasure, Jumping, Hunters, and Equitation. In 2012, she decided to turn her focus to dressage, and currently rides at first level with her Holsteiner Cross, Intrepid Lucy (or Lucy for short). Outside of horse back riding, Emma spends her time doing fisheries biology work, tutoring, gardening, and hiking. As a 4-H member in Kennebec County for 11 years, Emma has had the opportunity to teach and give clinics to younger riders in the areas of equitation, showmanship, and horsemanship. Emma is the head student director for the 2017-18 seasons.
